A-CDM

A-CDM (Airport Collaborative Decision Making) is an airport operations management platform designed to improve the punctuality, flow, and predictability of air traffic. It is based on a simple principle: the better information is shared among airport stakeholders, the better the decisions. The platform centralizes real-time data on flights, infrastructure, and operational conditions, and presents it through clear dashboards accessible to each stakeholder according to their role. On a daily basis, A-CDM allows users to track the progress of each flight step by step, anticipate departures and optimize their sequencing, visualize the occupancy of airport resources (parking stands, gates, runways), receive immediate alerts in case of critical situations, and communicate directly between teams from a single interface. The result: less waiting time on the ground and in the air, better utilization of airport resources, enhanced coordination between teams, and an increased capacity to handle unforeseen events. Designed for international use, the platform is available in French, English and Arabic, and is suitable for both supervisory workstations and mobile use in the field.
